Draft Grades

Scout's takeThe only manager who drafted with a thesis: all seven picks are Peter & Sons. It's absurd and it worked — Alibi (404× ceiling, a scorching 173% for Gless) and a first-round Bad Santa (408×) anchor the deepest, highest-floor board in the league. If P&S runs cold one night the whole roster catches the same cold, but nobody drafted more proven upside per pick. League MVP of the draft.

Scout's takeDrafted the single scariest slot in the field. Pirate Bonanza and its 3,370× ceiling is a one-spin matchup-ender, and Starlight Princess Super Scatter (417×) gives a second nuke. The Big Dog House in round 3 (14 spins, 0.8×) is a pure leap of faith — but you don't need every slot to hit when two of them can end a week by themselves.

Scout's takeNo holes. A first-round Money Train 3, Oishi Delights running hot at 169%, and massive sample sizes on Treasure Wild and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. It's a grinder's roster — fewer 400× nukes than the teams above it, but the most 'this just quietly wins weeks' board in the conference.

Scout's takeCommitted to the bit and drafted 'Jackpot' Blaze, Gems, and Heist — three barely-sampled question marks stapled together by a theme. What rescues the grade is the top end: Nitro Nights (430×), a red-hot Punk Rocker 3 (143%), and MeJUICEa. Boom or bust, leaning boom.

Scout's takeA textbook build around a first-round anchor. Le Santa (251×, 135% for Gless) is a genuine cornerstone with Gates of Olympus 1000 (263×) riding shotgun. The back half thins out in a hurry — Pink Elephants Trinity and Duck Hunters are dead weight — so this one leans hard on the top two carrying the load.

Scout's takeLives up to the name in the mid-rounds — Donny and Danny (146%) and Area 69 (142%) are both smart, high-return grabs, and Golden Shower sneaks a 254× ceiling in round 7. The early rounds are where the math slipped: Boosted Barbarossa and Hand of Anubis are anchors that need to be better.

Scout's takeHome to the round-7 steal of the draft: Power of Merlin Megaways at 180% for Gless with a 283× ceiling. Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter piles on a 418× top end. Two blank unknowns (Aloha King Elvis, Fruit Splash) and a razor-thin Artifacts sample are all that keep this out of the A tier.

Scout's takeFront-loaded and proud of it. Barbarian Fury (210×) and Gnomes & Giants (138%) make for an excellent first four rounds — then the bottom drops out. Boo's Booty (1.9×) and 3 Eternal Drums are among the weakest end-of-draft picks in the league. Great top four, very rough tail.

Scout's takeOn brand to a fault — Le Zeus, Wild Beach Party, and Wild Wild Riches Returns all fit the name and all clear 160–300× ceilings. The problem is the connective tissue: Heist Guys 2, HipHopPop, and a blank Maxzilla give away too many weeks in the middle of the board.

Scout's takeThe most thematically committed draft here — seven slots, six of them Nolimit, an entire roster of 'hunters.' Outsourced (130% over 1,252 spins) is rock solid and the board is genuinely consistent, but almost nothing has a ceiling over 111×. In a format where one big multi wins a week, drafting for floor is exactly what caps this grade.

Scout's takeThe name's honest. Spinxiety (210×) and Mental 2 are legit and Preach TV is a fun 111% flyer, but half the board — Aliens Among Us, All American Riches, Le Pharaoh — is dead weight Gless has never run well. Genuinely one or two big hits away from looking a lot smarter.

Scout's takeGless drafting for Gless. 3 Fortune Beasts is posting an unsustainable 217% and Clash of Gods is a fine opener — but this is a bottom-three board because of the misses. Red Rascal (7 spins), Leprechaun vs Goblins (1×), and Triple Pot Plinko don't move the needle. Needs the Beasts to keep printing all season.

Scout's takeThe name promises RTP; the board mostly doesn't deliver. Deep Sea Mafia's 464% is a 20-spin mirage, and outside a steady Flight Mode there's no ceiling here at all — the top multiplier on the entire roster is 57×, dead last in the league. Consistency is nice, but you can't win a variance contest without any variance.

Scout's takeOne gem and a whole lot of hope. Eager Beavers (405× ceiling, 141% for Gless) is a legitimately great pick — and then it's a cliff. Misery Mining (1 spin), Army of Ares, and Fury of Anubis are the kind of dart-throws that leave you praying the Beavers hit every single week. The house doesn't always win.
